All orders ship from the bottom of the world, Aotearoa New Zealand.

Domestic orders are sent via Post Haste. See latest service updates here.

International orders are sent via NZ Post. See latest delivery timeframes & updates here. Please note international tracking is occasionally unavailable once your order leaves Aotearoa New Zealand. This is dependent on international handling companies.

Orders shipped outside Aotearoa New Zealand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We happily offer returns and refunds for purchases within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please get in touch with your order number if you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way.

Return shipping costs are at customer’s expense. Original shipping cost will not be refunded except for faulty items.
